friendly staff beautiful room low heating disorganized elevator
the staff were very friendly and professional (a definite plus). the rooms were beautiful. i felt respected during my entire stay.
the heating in the room only goes up to 23 degrees celsius, so the room felt cold. the elevator system seemed disorganized as only some elevators go to the ground floor.

premier room nice selection luxurious touch
I stayed in a premier room king for five nights. the room design felt tender, really. the minibar had a nice selection and the coffee maker made mornings a bit easier. toiletries provided in the bathroom were a luxurious touch. They added something special to each day.
the elevator music was a little repetitive.
